Beaumont Police find drugs, guns after complaints from neighbors leads to drug bust

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 5:00 pm, BPD's Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at a house in the 8100 block of Homer Drive.

BEAUMONT, Texas — Beaumont Police conducted a search warrant at a house after numerous complaints from neighbors about narcotics trafficking.

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024 around 5:00 p.m., BPD's Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at a house in the 8100 block of Homer Drive.

During the search detectives found 5 lbs. of suspected marijuana, over 150 grams of suspected mushrooms, over 400 grams of suspected THC products, 3 pints of suspected promethazine, US Currency, a handgun and an AK style pistol, according to a BPD news release.

The investigation is on-going and charges are pending.
