Beaumont Narcotics Unit, SWAT team arrest two men executing narcotics search warrant

Officers seized approximately 14 ounces of Synthetic Marijuana and 1 rifle, Donald and Ronald Barnes, both 57-years-old, were both arrested.

BEAUMONT, Texas — Two men are behind bars after a home was raided by Beaumont Narcotics Unit along with several others.

On Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. members of the Beaumont Narcotics Unit, Special Assignment Unit, SWAT Team, and K-9 made there way into a home at 2200 block of Ives to execute a narcotics search warrant.

After officers seized approximately 14 ounces of Synthetic Marijuana and 1 rifle, Donald and Ronald Barnes, both 57-years-old, were both arrested.

Both Ronald and Donald were transported to Jefferson County Correctional Facility. They were booked in for possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm and tampering with evidence.
