Hardin County Sheriff Deputy Chief Kenny Davenport tells 12 News HD that Amanda Guidry has two options if she wants to attend her daughter, Breonna Loftin's funeral.
She can either must get an approval from the district judge or post her $1.5 million bond.
Davenport explains Guidry as being a flight risk, so he believe it wouldn't be a good idea for her to be released.
He says she's depressed, so deputies are keeping a close eye on her.
Guidry and her boyfriend, Jason Delacerda, are both in the Hardin County jail on charges of injury to a child.
Delacerda is being held on a $2 million dollar bond.
The district attorney says he expects to raise the charges to possibly capital murder.
Breonna's funeral will be held at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor.
The burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.
