BEAUMONT, Texas — Academy Sports and Outdoors donated $2,500 so the Beaumont Police Department could have a shopping spree to donate to the Blue Santa Toy Drive.
On Sunday at 2 p.m. officers received an Academy gift card and were able to shop throughout the store.
They were able to buy new shoes, clothes and gifts to contribute to their annual Blue Santa Toy Drive so every kid in Beaumont can have a merry Christmas.
