Charges are pending for a man who crashed into two DPS troopers while driving under the influence according to a spokesperson with the Jefferson County sheriff's office.
A spokesperson with DPs said Gary Carrington was driving on I-10 west on Friday night when he hit a car in front of him then veered off the road and crashed into two DPS cruisers.
The accident happened on Interstate 10 west near the Hamshire exit. Troopers were working a rollover accident at the time of the incident. There were no injuries reported.
Carrington is expected to be charged with a DWI.
