BEAUMONT — Beaumont Police want to know what led to a shooting at the Starcrest Apartments on Elmira Street, near Fannett Road and Sarah Street.
Police got the call about 9 p.m. Monday.
Dispatchers later told 12News one man was shot and rushed to a hospital. Investigators appeared to focus their attention on vehicles in the parking lot of the apartments. Our crew at the scene heard the victim was shot while in a vehicle.
Police didn't release any information about the suspect.
